David Juneau joins as general manager in Houston and Caroline Walters joins as senior manager in Dallas.

New York – July 26, 2022 – World leader in professional services Alvarez and Marsal (A&M) continues to grow its Assessment Services (VS) hands-on with GM additions David Juneau in Houston and Senior Director Caroline Walters in Dallas. Together, Mr. Juneau and Ms. Walters will bring over twenty years of valuation experience within the energy industry.

Mr. Juneau and Ms. Walters’ move to A&M aligns with business expansion American Energy practice and its strategic commitment to helping customers navigate complex industry issues, including the transition to renewable energy. Recently, the company welcomed a series of professionals focused on the energy sector, including the Managing Director Julie McLaughlin in San Francisco, general manager Francois Bardi in Houston, general manager John Corrigan in Dallas and Senior Director Trish Collins in Houston.

Mr. Juneau joins A&M from Kroll, where he served as a managing director on the energy and infrastructure industry team within the firm’s Valuation Advisory practice. He brings over twelve years of experience advising international clients on a range of corporate valuation and finance matters, including corporate and asset valuations, financial reporting compliance and tax and transaction and restructuring planning. Mr. Juneau has worked in several industries, particularly in the energy, chemical and industrial sectors. He also has experience advising consumer products, engineering services, hospitality and food distribution companies.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Walters served as Director of the Valuation Advisory Practice within the Energy and Infrastructure Industry team at Kroll. She brings ten years of finance and valuation experience focused on the valuation of revenue-producing power generation assets for electricity and renewable energy customers. Ms. Walters has extensive knowledge of valuing individual general energy assets across a range of technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, landfill gas, nuclear, natural gas, gas storage coal and batteries.

Mr. Juneau holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University. He is not a CPA member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) and has met the examination and work experience requirements for the Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuation credential ( CEIV).

Ms. Walters holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University.
