Adam created and implemented several of the Restructuring Administration Services groups, including the Global Contact Center and the Special Projects Group. Over the years, he has helped maintain strict quality control procedures and expanded the business services group, including overseeing and managing the claims and document processing center.

Prior to joining Kroll’s restructuring administration firm (formerly known as Prime Clerk), Adam was a partner at Bracewell & Giuliani in the Corporate and Private Investment Funds groups. Adam has represented corporations, private investment firms and other financial institutions on matters including distressed investments, in-court and out-of-court restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Bracewell, Adam was a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group at Fried Frank.

Adam has overseen some of the largest service initiatives in the practice of restructuring administration, including claims handling and contact centers for restructurings from Takata, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, PG&E and Purdue, for which thousands of complaints have been received and processed and thousands of inquiries have been received and processed; contract reviews as part of the restructuring of Caesars, Avaya and Vanguard Natural Resources, for which thousands of contracts were reviewed; and the creation of external claim and document submission centers in Puerto Rico and California.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
